Established in 1992 , National Fibre Glass Factory LLC is the leading manufacturer and supplier of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP ) and Glass Reinforced Concrete ( GRC).
Purely Home – grown company , National Fibre Glass Factory boasts a team of well- trained technicians, engineers, designers, assisted by a group of skilled workers to ensure quality products of global standard and guaranteed timely delivery.
Organizational Structure Overview
The organizational structure outlines a clear hierarchy led by the Board of Directors and managed by the General Manager, supported by the Head of Departments and Assistant to GM. It consists of three main divisions: Sales Department, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Sales Department handles business development, sales heads, and support teams. The CFO oversees accounts, procurement, and administration. The COO manages production, design, and quality control, along with molding, lamination, assembly, fabrication, packaging, and dispatch. This structure ensures smooth coordination, accountability, and efficiency across departments, promoting the company’s overall productivity and operational success.
